How do I sign the contract?

You can sign the contract via Docusign, have it mailed to your address, or we can send you a printable PDF version of the contract for you to print, sign and scan back to our team.

How long will it take to receive my money?

We will put 30 days on the contract; however, we typically close anywhere from 2 to 3 weeks. Once the inspection period is complete we deposit the money to escrow and get the properties closed as soon as possible.
